Hands-on learning at the trial garden

Updated: Sep 29, 2020

Trial gardens are a wonderful way for volunteers to learn by working side-by-side with experts. The MN Dahlia Society’s dahlia trial garden is not only a showcase of beautiful blooms—with some of this year’s stunning blooms reaching spectacular heights—it’s a hands-on laboratory of learning and a gathering place for reflection and enjoyment. Learn by growing and caring for these gorgeous flowers in a friendly, yet appropriately socially-distant setting. Interested volunteers should contact John Kooiman for more information.

Thanks to Kyle Cassidy @creeksidedahlias for donating the garden space during the pandemic.
