Dinner: All you can eat Buffet

Buffet includes the following:

Pan seared chicken cutlets with pink peppercorn champagne sauce, Lost Spur signature tri-tip London broil, marinated in soy ginger cayenne with aujus, seasonal house salad, dinner rolls, fresh fruit, pasta salad, seasonal vegetable, roasted yukon potatoes and coffee. Cookies and Cheesecake for dessert.
