Exhibitor Packets will be available at the August 12th Garden Tour and Picnic. Exhibitor Packets include Parking Passes, Maps, Entry Tags, and Show Books. If you cannot make it to the tour, contact Eric or Kathy Thomson about getting them mailed to you. Non-member exhibitors may also request the materials. Please read through the show books. New members and first-time exhibitors will find helpful information. Also, there are some changes to the rules this year that all members need to know about.

Staging and setup will start at 10:00 p.m. Saturday, September 1st. Exhibitors may drive up to the Ag-Hort Building to unload blooms and then immediately move your vehicle to the assigned parking area. Exhibits must be in place for judging by 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 2nd.
As John says: “Bring lots of blooms, big and small. Blooms do not need to be perfect. You might be surprised what wins. We judge not to perfection, but against the other blooms in a category.” We have more categories for winning ribbons, awards, and cash than ever before. Last year’s bloom count was 1600. Let’s try and reach 2000 this year! See you at the fair.”
